I utterly failed to post a daily look using my thrifted denims. However, being a working woman with a family, times can become very hectic. However, if you have been following me, you would have seen my quest to show you just how versatile a thrifted denim shirt can be in a sophisticated chic, casual chic, and denim and animal print outfits.
I also found a different denim shirt at the Salvation Army, and I absolute LOVE the peplum style of this shirt! This was definitely a score for me.
Denim + Lace. I love how the denim shirt plays down the dressiness of the lace skirt. The animal print heels also adds a touch of “diva” to the outfit as well!
Add a cute little pocketbook, and I was ready for dinner with the ladies!
thrifted denim shirt- $1.99, Salvation Army
lace skirt- $29.99, Boohoo.com
thrifted purse – $3.99, Good Hope Thrift
thrifted Nine West shoes- $9.99, Goodwill
Stay tuned for the last outfit in the denim series!

I love the denim and lace combo. Topping it off with leopard print was a great style move. Happy Monday!

Whitney,
Thank you! I am now on the look out for more lace actually. This is probably one of my very few pieces of lace clothing, but I like it.
Never thought of doing this combo and thank you for opening my eyes Ayana!
I wish I see a peplum denim top whenever I go thrifting. In fact, I rarely see denim blouses, I wonder why!?
You look fantastic and I do agree that the killer heels is diva at its best. Love anything animal print RAWRR!
Karen,
It definitely took me a little time to find a denim top. I think it’s hard to find because thriftanistas know that when they see one, they should grab it up immediately. Thank you for the compliment on the look. I love those shoes by the way. I want to add them to all outfits regardless if I believe they go with it or not…lol. Thanks for taking the time to comment though.
