Another outfit, but the same thrifted denim shirt in my previous blog post. I promised you five outfits using two thrifted denim shirts. Let’s call this outfit “casual chic.” Hopefully you were able to check out this same denim shirt as it made an appearance in my sophisticated chic blog post, where I dressed up this same denim shirt with a thrifted blazer, thrifted skinny jeans and some thrifted heels. Here, I wanted a very different look, a more casual outfit. I paired the denim shirt with some scalloped shorts and a pair of canvas oxfords to achieve the casual look. Perfect casual outfit for a beautiful day in San Diego.
I added a cream colored vintage bag that I picked up an estate sale recently. The bag had the most intricate flap and buckle that I simply swooned over it when I saw it at the estate sale. The absolutely best part of the bag is the fact that it cost.25cent. Can you believe it? I don’t believe that I have ever scored a pocketbook at that price in all of my thrifting adventures. I was super happy with that purchase and knew that this casual chic outfit came together with this handbag.
